I get settled in and 2 of the 3 buttons on the tub you can’t read but I am familiar with them and I turned it on, NOTHING… tried a few more times, changed the speed NOTHING!!! At after 11 pm I just went to bed. Last night we got back to the hotel and I got in the tub, filled it because you can’t turn the jets on until it’s full. Everything was hotel clean and I did see a few not wonderful things but my big complaint is we chose the Suite because of the Jetted tub. The bed was comfortable but Pillows were horrible!! Bring your own, they are like a half pillow. The room was spacious and it had a nice size fridge and a sitting table with a TV. Well so I just checked out and gave them a chance to maybe even apologize… NOPE!! And normally not a 1 Star person but the lack of apologizing is what brought it way down.
